Shipping

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on orders over 50.00 and flat rate shipping of 7.95 on orders under 50.00. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for details. 

Return Policy

Most items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items that are custom made for you, crystals and gems, subscription boxes and any personalized items are final sale. If your product is damaged, we will strive to replace your item. However, if no acceptable exchange is available, we will be glad to issue you a store gift card or refund upon request.

Once you notify us that you have received a damaged item, along with a photo, a return shipping label will be emailed to you at your request. As soon as we've received your item(s), you will receive a confirmation via email regarding your refund/exchange.

Processing Time

Orders (excluding subscription boxes) are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays and after payment has been confirmed. Processing time is 5 - 10 business days depending on the product ordered. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day. Weekend orders will be processed on the following business day. All orders received on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Processing time for orders placed during Promotions, Sales or Holiday Periods may take up to 5 additional business days.
